The rental of the Facilities includes use of barn reception area, kitchen, 2 refrigerators, handicap assessable bathrooms, bar area, booths that sit 32 people , picnic style tables that hold 60 people, décor that is on the walls, lighting in the rafters, lighting under the stage, lighting under the lounge, regular mason jars, 2 stages inside and outside, the use of the fire pit, the swing set, petting zoo, and corn hole. The barn also heated and has air condition. We have different packages for each type of an event so please contact us for prices and more information. We are currently booking into 2018
